The Karma gold project is located in Burkina Faso, West Africa. Taken over by the Burkinabe consortium Néré Mining, the site places strong emphasis on the social, economic and cultural development of the Yatenga Province and the Northern Region.
History
In 2007, True Gold Mining acquired the Goulagou and Rounga properties from Golden Star Resources Ltd. After Endeavour Mining took control of True Gold Mining in April 2016, Néré Mining acquired the Karma gold mine in March 2022 and strengthened its commitment to local development in Yatenga Province.

Permit area
The Goulagou and Rounga properties, acquired in 2007, added 487 km² to True Gold Mining's holdings and form the Karma project together with the Rambo and Kao permits. The mine was taken over by the Burkinabe consortium Néré Mining in March 2022.
